Jay Slim was born with the name Joshua DeQuan Brogsia on October27, 1995 in Florence , SC.  Josh came up as a normal kid with a normal family. His inspiration was to be as talented as Chris Brown and one day become one of the biggest American Entertainers. He wanted to start his career as being a singer, but his life trying to become someone else didn't work as he planned so he decided to do his own thing and become this amazing rapper. He still has the skills to be a wonderful singer but his goal is to become his self and do as he wish to be. Josh works hard to become apart of Chris Brown's label, he's good friends with Chris and soon to be going on tour with Mr. Brown in the future in 2013. Josh had once met one of the most talented artist name Dewayne Carter known as Lil Wayne, Wayne didn't take Josh's talent very seriously so Josh decided to try to work with Chris and still is looking for his big break in his career. Josh met a wonderful friend; Stephanie Scott, through a Facebook conversation and they became close friends, so she decided to work with him because she had contact with some of the most talented artists. But one day Josh decided to do things on his own because things wasn't working out as he planned and the people he counted on wasn't stepping in as much as they should. Josh took his career in his on hands and decided to go back to his singing career and sign up for the show X-Factor. Josh made the first round but he never got a call back from the judges so he decided to quit and just focus on school, but there was no quitting with Josh he wrote and wrote made mixtapes back to back and share them on his twitter accounts to make his career go far. Stephanie Scott got back in contact with Josh and decided to make herself his manager, Josh agreed, so now his career is being back on top. He's continuing to become one of the most talented rapper's today. He soon will be signed whether it's with Mr. Brown or from someone else. Watch Josh become the most biggest star YET!!!
